The History of the Ol Country Barn

The Ol' Country Barn was started in 1979 by the late Nancy M. Fox.  It began as a small yard sale and has grown to become a store filled with handmade crafts, unique antiques, collectibles, candles, and a little bit of everything else!  Tara and Teo Grigas took over the shop in 2005 and have continued on with the legacy that Nancy started!

Each year, the Barn hosts the annual Pumpkin Festivals; each year with various vendors setting up throughout the yard, entertainment, free hayrides and a pumpkin patch for the kids to pick up their own small pumpkin!  The Festival continues to grow each year and is always a treat for those who want to get out to enjoy the peak leaves in northeastern Pennsylvania, get to eat some great food, and to help support local vendors and crafters!
